PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE
In order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons processing personal data, we, SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA, as the Data Controller, would like to inform you in accordance with the Article 10 titled "Obligation of Data Controller to Inform" of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 ("KVKK") published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677.
DATA CONTROLLER AND REPRESENTATIVE
As SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA, as the data controller, we can process, record, store, classify, update, and disclose/transmit your personal data to third parties in compliance with the law and honesty rules within the scope of the purposes explained below.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed by SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA within the framework of the basic principles regulated in the KVKK and relevant legislation, depending on your explicit consent and/or other conditions stipulated in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, and in order to benefit from the services we provide. Considering the services offered by SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA, your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
To fulfill the commercial requirements conducted by our company and to enable individuals to benefit from the products and services provided by our company,
To carry out necessary work by relevant business units of our company, to perform related business processes, and to prepare reports,
To determine and implement the commercial, operational, and business strategies of our company,
To ensure the legal and commercial security of third parties in business relations with our company and to establish, use, and protect the rights arising from legislation and contracts,
To ensure that our business activities are conducted in compliance with corporate procedures or relevant legislation,
To plan and execute corporate sustainability, corporate governance, strategic planning, and information security processes; to ensure business continuity,
For the execution of works conducted with our business partners in sectors with varying needs and for the management of relationships,
To fulfill the obligations of information sharing, reporting, and informing prescribed by Public Institutions and all authorities,
To fulfill the obligations of information and document retention arising from legal regulations,
To carry out planning and statistical activities required by our company,
To determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our company,
To carry out the operations of finance, communication, market research, and procurement,
To maintain internal system and application management operations,
For the management of our legal processes, to provide you with uninterrupted and better-quality service, within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
Your personal data is stored securely in physical and electronic environments for an appropriate period in accordance with the processing purpose. In this respect, SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA acts in accordance with all legal obligations, especially the KVKK.
METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data will be collected by our Company in any kind of oral, written, or electronic environment (documents, contracts, and printed forms in the physical environment; corporate website, e-mail, internal software, complaint management systems, image and sound recording systems in the electronic environment), within the framework of the purposes listed above. The personal data collected may be processed, transferred, and disclosed in accordance with the personal data processing principles and conditions specified in Articles 4, 5, and 6 of Law No. 6698 and the purposes specified in this Information Notice.
RECIPIENTS OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
Your personal data processed within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes may be transferred to domestic regulatory and supervisory authorities, relevant public institutions, legal persons and organizations permitted by the legislation, and/or legally authorized public and private legal entities, as well as to the third parties we provide service to within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA is required to keep records and documents regarding transactions carried out with its customers for a certain period within the scope of legal regulations. Your personal data will be processed within the scope of the purposes specified in this Information Notice and will not be processed by SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA or shared with third parties except for legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations until the expiration of the legal period.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
If the party to this Agreement is a real person, the Customer may use the following rights in accordance with the regulations of Article 11 of Law No. 6698 regarding his/her personal data. If the Customer is a legal entity, the authorized representatives of the Customer may exercise the following rights regarding their personal data by applying to SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA:
To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
To request information if personal data is processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used
appropriately for their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To demand the compensation of damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests sent within this scope will be concluded by SOLİPORT HOTEL & SPA within thirty days at the latest, free of charge. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in our Company's tariff will be charged.

Written applications regarding this matter will be accepted by us following the verification of identity and will be responded to within legal deadlines.
